I am a Certified Pastoral Counselor who teaches others how to master self-empowerment and self-love. I am dedicated to guiding you in finding your own personal power and living life to its fullest potential.
Traditional therapy certainly has its place, but not everyone has the time or the money to pursue an extensive path of exploration in order to take action and make a change in their life. Although I am empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive, I also have a very direct and no-nonsense approach to coaching. In this way I can help to move you through challenging emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, guilt, and resentment, so that you can feel more in control of your life and emotions, and become the fully empowered individual you are meant to be. I will assist you in breaking down the barriers and roadblocks that are holding you back in your personal growth, your relationships, and your career success.
For your convenience I offer a variety of coaching services via telephone, email, Skype, or in person. Email coaching works extremely well because both parties can respond when it is convenient for them and it is cost-effective whether you need help with just one issue or you are looking for ongoing help to become more self-empowered. I guarantee to respond within 48 hours on all emails.
